Company Information

Amela Consulting (pronounced Ah-me-lah) a growing IT consultancy supporting large-scale information technology (IT) and Professional Development educational initiatives. As the founder of Amela consulting, Dr. Pamela Andrews is committed to facilitating personal development, purposeful leadership, and sustainable growth in the global economy through research, education, and leadership.


Since Amela Consulting's inception, Dr. Andrews has worked collaboratively creating productive environments that enable people to rediscover the possibility of everyday leadership in their communities of practice through creative learning solutions. Amela Consulting was established in January 2012 out of a vision of growth and prosperity through service.
