Dr. Andrews has received several awards for her professional and volunteer work.  She continues to seek out opportunities where she can align with business goals to support digital transformation, improve performance, increase ROI, and develop emerging leaders. 

Cazzy Jordan is a highly experienced talent development and workforce optimization professional with more than 30 years in information technology and government operations. As a Certified Instructor across multiple disciplines, including CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+), ITIL Expert, and PMP, his expertise spans across complex systems and compliance frameworks such as CMMC.

As a System Integrator and IS Designer for General Dynamics Information Technology, Cazzy provided leadership for ITIL process implementations and developed original instructional programs for mission-critical projects that strengthened the agencies security postures and operational readiness.

He continues to combine his deep technical expertise with strategic insight to help organizations achieve operational excellence and readiness in today’s evolving digital landscape.

 Wendy serves as Amela Consulting's Principle Learning Strategy Consultant. As an AI-Forward Executive Learning & Development Leader, Wendy brings 15+ years of experience designing and scaling high-impactful learning ecosystems across global organizations including Intuit, Salesforce, Visa, and Gap Inc. She specializes in transforming complex business needs into measurable skill, performance, and adoption outcomes by leveraging AI-powered learning agents, data-driven insights, and immersive simulations.

Wendy has led enterprise programs reaching 50,000+ learners, improved proficiency and tNPS at scale while delivering time to readiness reductions and multi-million-dollar efficiency gains. As a consultant, she focuses on building AI future-ready talent strategies that enabling organizations to grow, adapt, and innovate with speed. 

Ashley heads our Certs-Up program helping individuals achieve certifications for internationally recognized global standards and best practices to upskill experienced workers and foundational learning for those enter STEM fields.

As an emerging leader, Ashley brings innovation and continuous improvement to our processes.  Through AI driven strategies that keep our clients moving forward  with new practices and marketing techniques to support digital transformation.

Ashley Brandon is a Certified A+ and ISO 21502 Lead PM practitioner.  She is continuing to learn and explore AI systems and design principles to better support clients as a trainer and our internal workforce as an IT support analyst.
